Taste of Wellington At Hintonburg Pottery

Join us for the Taste of Wellington event on Saturday, September 19th, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. All are welcome to come and enjoy a variety of activities! This event is a fundraiser to support the Parkdale Food Centre, and every donation helps our neighbours in need.

We encourage you to register ahead of time to secure your spot, or you can simply drop by.

 

Paint & Donate

Unleash your creativity and paint a ceramic food decoration! Choose from a fun selection, including a broccoli, pizza, banana, avocado, pumpkin and donut. Leave your masterpiece with us, and we'll glaze and fire it for you.

Cost is $12 per ornament and all proceeds go to the Parkdale Food Centre.

Sessions are 1 hour long and offered at 10 am, 11 am, 12:30 pm, 1:30 pm, and 2:30 pm. 

Pieces will be ready for pick up in 3-4 weeks. We will email you when they are available, or you can check our page "Are My Pots Ready?".

Try the Pottery Wheel

Want a "taste" of pottery? Try a mini throwing session on the wheel! Learn the magic of shaping clay with our instructors.

Sessions are offered at 10 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 1 p.m., and 2:30 p.m.

Sessions are 1 hour long and $50 each (vs. regular price at $120). All proceeds go to the Parkdale Food Centre! 

Your finished piece will be ready for pickup in 4-5 weeks. We will email you when they are available, or you can check our page "Are My Pots Ready?".
