Spin the Wheel - Introduction to throwing on the Wheel

We invite you to experience the magic of the wheel in this 2 hour introductory workshop. Our instructor will guide you through a step-by-step process so you can get a taste of what it's like to throw on the wheel. No previous experience required!

Wheel Course - Beginner

This is an introductory course for beginners, no experience is necessary, we will teach what you need to know. During this course, you will make bowls and cups with handles. Most students make 5-7 functional pots during the course.

Wheel Course - Intermediate

The Intermediate Wheel Course is a class for students who have experience and would like to expand their skills. Students must be able to comfortably center clay and pull straight and tall cylinders. This course gives students more freedom to pursue projects they’re interested in creating. Teachers will accommodate depending on the students' interests and skill levels.

Wheel Practice Time: Throw, Learn & Let Go

Enjoy 2 hours of wheel - drop in or book ahead! Spend 2 hours honing your skills. This practice is an opportunity to explore, deepen our learning and build our confidence. There is no instruction in this class. You must know the basics of throwing.

Self Guided Wheel course

This six-week course is for potters who want more time, more clay and more autonomy. It is suitable for anyone who has learned the basics of throwing on the wheel and wants to create their own projects at the wheel. You must be able to throw, center and trim on your own as instruction will not be provided. Perfect for beginners or experienced potters. Beginners will enjoy more time to practice their basic skills independently at their own pace and master those basic skills. Experienced potters enjoy the independence of creating pieces that may not be taught in a course. You must have taken a course here before.
