In this two-part course, you will experience both the potter's wheel and the art of handbuilding.
Part 1: Wheel throwing
For three classes, you will learn how to use the potter's wheel to make cups, mugs, and bowls.
Part 2: Handbuilding
For two classes, you will learn to make pots using techniques like coiling, pinching, carving, and surface decorating. These creative techniques are full of wonderful discoveries!

What to bring:
- Please bring a large apron to protect your clothes from flying mud!
- Wear comfortable shoes, sock feet or bare feet are not permitted.
- Please read our COVID-19 measures prior to visiting our studio.
We do not offer refunds for classes, workshops or camps due to Government-mandated business closures during COVID-19.
Students receive class credits for COVID-19 related cancelations to use for future studio courses and must be redeemed by the expiry date.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to date of class.
10% fee applies to all cancelations made less than 30 days before start date of course/workshop
Credit cancellation policy: If a registration is done with a credit and a student cancels less than 14 days prior to date of class, the credit is null and void on the date of cancelation.
A 10% fee will be deducted from the credit balance for cancelations made less than 30 days before start date of course/workshop
IMPORTANT: IF a student registers and later discovers they will be moving after they registered for the course we cannot give you a refund or credit
