COVID-19 Measures

On September 1st, 2021, the Province of Ontario announced it would require proof of vaccination in select settings through an enhanced vaccine certificate and verification app to stop the spread of COVID-19.

Hintonburg Pottery's studio operations haven't been impacted by this recent announcement and at the moment, students, staff and teachers may enter the studio for their courses and workshops without proof of vaccination, based on following our studio protocols (please read below).
As with previous government-mandated COVID-19 closures and restrictions, we are unable to offer refunds in the event that booking cancellations are required in future:
  • Individuals will be issued client credits for use against future Hintonburg Pottery studio courses and workshops.
  • Client credits are valid until Spring: March 31, 2022.
  • You can manage and redeem client credits online from previous COVID-19 cancellations.
